By registering an account, accessing, or using the regal33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and regal33 as the service provider. This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where use of such a platform is lawful. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the local laws applicable to them.
Regal33 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
To fully access regal33's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. regal33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
All information provided during registration must be truthful and reflect your actual identity. regal33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure. This verification process is part of our commitment to platform security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a regal33 platform user, you agree to use this service only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Manipulating game outcomes or betting systems through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that contradicts the terms specified for each offer.
- Transferring or selling an account to another party without prior written consent from regal33.
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, or normal operation of the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of balances associated with the offending activity. regal33 also reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the regal33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, Touch ’n Go eWallet, and major internet banking services. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policies, which can be reviewed in your account settings.
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method and internal verification requirements. regal33 reserves the right to request proof of transaction or additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.
Regal33 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers. Users are encouraged to review their respective payment provider's fee policies before making any transactions. Any transaction disputes must be reported to our support team within thirty days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policies
Regal33 provides this service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Users access the platform at their own risk, and regal33 shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Regal33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity, failure to submit requested verification documents, a directive from the relevant authorities, or any action deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact our support team for further clarification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the regal33 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of regal33 and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from regal33.
Third-Party Links
The regal33 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. regal33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from the use of the regal33 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal action arising from or relating to these terms.
Regal33 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice posted on the platform or by email to the address registered in their account. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. regal33's failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
